Our law firm’s experience in telecommunications is based on years of work for the leading telecom operators in Poland. In public procurement matters, we represent our clients in appellate proceedings (protests, appeals with the National Appeals Chamber, complaints with Circuit Courts) and express our opinion on the proposed content of bids. We also advise consulting companies cooperating with the President of the Public Procurement Office on the telecommunications market regulations.
