Legal assistance to IT companies and handling the legal aspect of IT projects have been the primary specialization of our law firm since its formation. We have worked and continue to work for the biggest companies on the Polish market either ordering or providing IT products and services. We have extensive experience in assistance to government agencies, including cabinet ministries and central offices. The total value of contracts executed with our assistance goes way beyond ten billion zlotys, including several of the largest implementation schemes in the Polish energy, banking, telecommunication and public sectors, as well as maintenance and outsourcing agreements.
Our special area of interest is contract law: drafting, providing opinions on and negotiating contracts, and also participation in disputes arising out of their performance. We have a team of well trained negotiators, who combine legal expertise with knowledge of the IT project management rules (completed ITIL, Prince, and other courses), contracts made in the marketplace, SLA levels and related practices. Our lawyers’ unique competencies enable us to offer our clients service going far beyond the traditional definition of legal assistance. We take part in the creation and execution of business processes; we analyze potential threats and eliminate them, preparing tailor-made contracts and legal constructs. Our primary objective is to ensure maximum legal security for our clients while enabling them to achieve their business goals.
Our law firm has also represented Polish and foreign clients in disputes relating to IT contracts in courts of law and arbitration (Polish Chamber of Commerce, ICC).
