Audit of signed contracts
We check their compliance with public procurement law, civil law and copyright law, and whether they properly secure the best interest of the client (ownership of solution rights, ability to terminate the contract, diversification of vendors, etc.).
Audit of functional and business objectives and assumptions
We check legal requirements, including regulatory compliance and third-party rights. Such an audit is particularly desirable prior to entering into a complex contract, e.g. a comprehensive outsourcing agreement.
Audit of contracts with employees and individuals rendering services outside labour law
We check whether the best interest of the employer and his officers are properly secured, in particular with respect to acquired rights, regulatory compliance, and infringement of intellectual property, if any.
