Our law firm’s permanent team are over a dozen lawyers. When necessary, we collaborate with external consultants and academics. We work on some projects together with other law firms, in particular in international proceedings and in areas outside our specialization.

  • Marcin Maruta

    A specialist in IT projects, he has advised major Polish and international providers and users of IT services. The total value of IT contracts with his participation comes to several billion zlotys, including the largest implementation and outsourcing schemes in Poland. He coordinates legal assistance in international disputes in courts of law and arbitration.

  • Wojciech Kaliński

    A Doctor of Law, Research & Teaching Fellow at the Chair of Civil Law, Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, he specializes in civil law and public procurement matters. He has taken part in several dozens of public procurement procedures, including a few whose value exceeded one billion zlotys. As a consultant in these areas, he works for major Polish companies in the IT, telecom, energy and construction sectors, as well as cabinet ministries and other government agencies. Within our law firm, he is also responsible for advice for IT sector companies and projects involving civil law issues, in particular the law of obligations and property (business contracts, real property transactions).

  • Bartłomiej Wachta

    A specialist in IT projects and public procurement law, ever since the start of his career he has been involved in assistance to the IT industry. Before joining our law firm, he worked as an in-house counsel for one of Poland’s leading network system integrators. He coordinates IT system implementation projects and major contract award procedures in public procurement schemes. He represents parties in disputes resulting from implementation contracts, in both the public and private sectors. He has authored a number of publications on legal issues relevant to the IT industry and public procurement procedures.

  • Michał Barta

    A specialist in copyright law, personal data law, unfair competition regulations, the law of new technologies, and tax issues relating to these areas, he has completed a number of projects requiring the combined knowledge and experience of intellectual property law and the law of new technologies (corporate licence and outsourcing agreements, contracts on the implementation, support and maintenance of IT solutions). He provides advice on financial optimisation of legal-and-business models, combining his knowledge and experience of IPR and IT with that of the provisions and practice of Polish and international tax laws and accounting standards. He is also responsible for legal assistance coverage in fiscal, administrative and judicial proceedings.
