FEES
We prefer flat-rate fees agreed in advance. We place special emphasis on precise determination of the scope of work to be performed and the terms of remuneration. We do not wish to surprise our clients with any uncontrolled expenditure.
In most cases, we can estimate the required work time and deadline for completing a service. In particular, this applies to contract drafting, preparation of legal opinions, participation in public procurement procedures, or audits.
Fees for some of our services, such as assistance in negotiations or representation in litigation, are based on hourly rates or flat rates for performing specific procedures (e.g. in litigation). Our work time is accounted for down to fifteen minutes. Depending on the selected client relationship model, our services are settled on a monthly basis or by milestones, i.e. upon accomplishment of specific goals.
In some special projects, it is possible to reach an agreement where some of our fees are success-based.
